Shipping transit days listed on our website are estimates only and are not 100% accurate nor are they guaranteed. Actual delivery days may be longer than shown. Each order comes with an automated email with your tracking number when your orders ship. You can contact the USPS directly with that tracking number for more information or questions.

Items purchased ONLINE ONLY are eligible for a complete refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Do not mail returns to our Nantucket location. We do not offer exchanges of merchandise at this time.
