Shipping
Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day. During peak season it may take up to 48 hours or longer. We ship Monday through Friday only. Shipping transit days listed on our website are estimates only and are not 100% accurate nor are they guaranteed. Actual delivery days may be longer than shown. Each order comes with an automated email with your tracking number when your orders ship. You can contact the USPS directly with that tracking number for more information or questions.

Items purchased ONLINE ONLY are eligible for a complete refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note once an item has been delivered we are unable to refund original shipping costs. Do not mail returns to our Nantucket location.
If there are any concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@ciscobrewers888.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to process exchanges. You must return your item in order for a refund to be processed, and then repurchase the item in the correct size.
